It is hard to find motivation when it comes to doing exercises on a regular basis. Things get even worse when you do not have any metrics to determine how much physical work you have done for the day. You are taking more calories then you are burning each day. The result is as expected, you are gaining weight and reached at the point of no return. Helpless you are and decided to spend hours on the treadmills at the Gym in your neighborhood. Yet things are not getting better and you are feeling more and more tired at your working desk. Well that was my story back in 2016.
I weighted 96kg and had an awesome tummy 🙂 to pour all the food I love to eat. Fast forward 2 years, now I am 78kg and I can’t express my feelings enough in words. Back then it felt like i was stacked in a sack of fat and there was no escape from it. But somehow I overcome that situation and in this post I am going to share what are the tools that helped me achieve such good results and how I got the motivation to exercise each and everyday.
